Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy, we work to ease anxiety and build resilience. Plus, our parent coaching equips you with real strategies to support your child. Whether you’re worried about your child’s emotional health or need guidance with parenting struggles, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way!
As an eating disorder therapy practice, we embrace teamwork with families and our colleagues in the community, and believe the best care is achieved with collaboration and communication. Through our caregiver workshops, professional trainings, and graduate level courses, we place a high value on educating others so they can turn that knowledge into healing.
I specialize in eating disorders and related problems. Emphasizing a collaborative effort, I work alongside my clients’ dietitians, physicians, and other providers, as needed, to treat the complex nature of these disorders.
